Privacy policy

Effective

This policy explains what personal information YOONIG collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. YOONIG is operated by FRAME TOWER INC, 710 Manor Ct, Brooklyn, NY 11235, United States.

Information you give us

  • Orders: name, email, shipping address, phone (optional), what you bought and any gift message.
  • Account: name, email, saved addresses, saved device and wishlist.
  • Personalization: text you enter and photos you upload to be printed.
  • Support: messages you send us and photos of order issues.
  • Emails: your address and topic choices if you sign up for news or alerts.

Payment information

Card and wallet details are entered directly into our payment processor, Stripe, and never reach our servers. We receive only what we need for the order, such as the payment status, card brand and last four digits. Stripe also uses payment information to detect and prevent fraud.

Information collected automatically

Like any website, our servers and our content-delivery and security provider record technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site, keep it secure and prevent abuse.

Cookies, pixels and advertising

Essential cookies keep your bag, sign-in and checkout working. Optional cookies and similar technologies are off until you allow them, and you can change your choice at any time in Cookie preferences:

  • Analytics — to understand how the site is used and improve it.
  • Personalization — features such as “recently viewed”.
  • Marketing — advertising pixels and tags from partners such as Meta, Google and TikTok, which measure our ads and show you YOONIG ads on other sites and apps (retargeting).

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a refusal of marketing cookies.

How we use your information

  • To make, ship and support your order, and to send order and account emails.
  • To run your account, wishlist and saved device.
  • To prevent fraud and keep the site secure.
  • To calculate and report sales tax as the law requires.
  • With your consent, to send news, drops and alerts — every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the store, and only what each needs:

  • Stripe — payments, fraud prevention and sales tax calculation.

  • Our print and fulfilment partners — your name, shipping address and order details, to make and ship your items.

  • Shipping carriers — your name, address and, if given, phone, to deliver your parcel.

  • Brevo — to send our emails.

  • Cloudflare — content delivery, security and email forwarding.

  • Our hosting provider — the servers that run the store.

  • Advertising partners (only if you allow marketing cookies) — such as Meta, Google and TikTok, which receive device and browsing data, and events like a purchase, to measure and personalise ads.

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and customers. We don’t sell your personal information for money. Allowing marketing cookies may count as “sharing” for targeted advertising under some US state laws — you can refuse or withdraw it at any time.

Where your information is stored

Our store runs on servers in the European Union (Finland), and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. We use providers that protect personal information with appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting laws require. Account information is kept until you ask us to delete your account. Uploaded photos are kept with your order so we can reprint it if something goes wrong — you can ask us to delete them at any time. Marketing preferences are kept so we respect your choices.

Your rights and choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or for a copy of it. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time with the link in any email or in Email preferences.

Depending on your state (for example California), you may have additional rights, including to know what we collect and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for targeted advertising. To opt out, turn off marketing in Cookie preferences or use a Global Privacy Control signal. We won’t treat you differently for using your rights. To make a request, email hello@yoonig.com or use the contact form; we may need to verify your identity first.

Children

YOONIG is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Security

We protect personal information with encryption in transit, access controls and regular security updates. No system is completely secure, so please use a strong password and keep it private.

Changes and contact

We’ll update this page if our practices change and show the new effective date above. Questions: hello@yoonig.com, the contact form, or by post to FRAME TOWER INC, 710 Manor Ct, Brooklyn, NY 11235, United States.
