Effective
These terms apply when you use the YOONIG website and place an order. YOONIG is operated by FRAME TOWER INC, 710 Manor Ct, Brooklyn, NY 11235, United States. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Orders
Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email after your payment is confirmed. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item can’t be produced, a price was shown in error, or we suspect fraud — and if we do, we refund you in full.
Prices, tax and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping and any applicable sales tax are calculated at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Discount codes and offers are subject to the conditions shown with them and can’t be exchanged for cash.
Made to order
Items are printed after you order. Production and delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Colours can vary slightly between your screen and the printed item.
Personalized orders and uploads
When you add text or upload a photo, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it doesn’t infringe anyone’s rights or include unlawful, hateful or explicit content. You give us permission to use it only to make and support your order. We may refuse personalization that breaks these rules.
Returns, refunds and warranty
Our Returns policy, Warranty and Shipping policy are part of these terms.
Gift cards
Gift cards can be used on the YOONIG website only and can’t be exchanged for cash, except where the law requires. Any expiry date is shown in your gift card email and is never shorter than the law allows. Keep your code private — anyone with it can spend the balance.
Our designs
All designs, artwork, text and images on the site belong to FRAME TOWER INC or our artists and licensors. Buying an item doesn’t give you rights to reproduce the designs.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. If you have a problem, please contact us first — most issues are solved quickly by email.
