Will the Platinum case fit my AirPods Pro (1st generation)?
Yes. This case is made for the AirPods Pro (1st generation) specifically, so the shape and openings match with that model. Other models and generations differ in size and shape, so a case made for one won’t fit another. If you’re not sure which model you have, the device guide linked from the device selector shows where to find it.
How long does it take to get my Platinum case?
Your case is printed after you order, which usually takes 2–7 business days, and standard delivery to US addresses then takes about 3–7 business days. Checkout shows the delivery options and dates for your address before you pay.
Is the Platinum colour available on other products?
Yes. The same Platinum colour is also made as a Kindle case, a MacBook case and a phone case, with the scale and placement adjusted to each product so it still looks right. You’ll find them under “Also in this design” on this page.
Can I return or exchange the Platinum AirPods Pro (1st generation) case?
Because every case is printed for your order, we can’t take returns or exchanges for a change of mind or for choosing the wrong model, so please double-check the model before ordering. If it arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll send a free replacement or a full refund.
